Because all custom prints are personalized and created specifically for each customer, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

If an item arrives damaged or an error occurs during production or shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Orders under $50 include a flat $15 shipping fee.Orders from $50 to $99.99 include reduced shipping of $6.75.Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping.
